LØV Interior strives to send your package as soon as possible (Mon-Sat). After that, it is up to the delivery service how quickly it is delivered. Normally this will take 1-3 working days, depending on the destination. However, your order may be delayed (around the holidays). Please contact the delivery service in this situation.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track and trace code with which you can track your package.
Shipping is free for all orders within the Netherlands from €75. Below this amount, we use the following amounts within the Netherlands:
DHL Letterbox Package: €3.95
DHL package with Track & Trace: €4.95
PostNL package with Track&Trace: €6.75
International shipping
Shipping is free for all orders within Belgium, Germany and Austria from €100 and within the rest of Europe from €150. The shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and depend on the number of kilos and the destination. In general, the following amounts are used:
Belgium & Germany from €8.50
Rest of Europe from €10
In addition to shipping, LØV Interior also offers the option of collecting your order for free.
At checkout you can indicate that you would like to pick up the order. As soon as your order has been received by us and is ready, we will contact you to arrange a date and time. Our pick-up address is: Haefland 5a, 6441 PA Brunssum.
Is your order not quite what you expected? That’s a pity, we think it’s important that you are satisfied with the items you have purchased from us. If this is not the case, you can return your purchase within 14 days at your own expense.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the shipping costs for the return are for your own account.
How do you return your order?
You send it at your own expense to the address below. Do not forget to keep the receipt with the Track & Trace code until we have processed your return, this is your proof of shipment. When returning your items, don’t forget to include a note with order number. Purchases that fall outside the return period will not be returned.

Make sure that the products are well and firmly packed, as you received them. If an item arrives to us damaged or broken because it was not returned with the same packaging and shipping materials, we cannot give a refund.
